Regarding the feed back that was left for me, I want to thank the two individuals who left such nice feed back regarding my store and me. I would also like to take issue with the one person who wrote such a scathing interpretation of his experience here. Roughly between January 2013 and continuing until now, May 11, 2013, there has been a demand for firearms, ammunition and accessories that I have never seen in my twenty six plus years as a licensed firearms dealer nor in my entire life.

The manufacturers, distributors, and dealers are all working to a maximum plus to work with our customers. In Pennsylvania the required back ground check to the Pennsylvania Instant Check System (PICS) has been has been over run over with calls for back ground checks. We dealers cannot release a firearm without the required approval number for the individual’s sale. Calls to PICS are taking one half hour to perhaps even the next day to get through to the Pennsylvania State Police.

The writer who took the time to write a review of me that was condemning is not a situation that stands out in my mind. The only person who I recall having words with is a man who asked to see a Glock and when handed the pistol proceeded to disassemble it without permission, not over the counter in the event he dropped a piece, and managed to jam to slide tightly into the receiver due to his improperly attempting to take the pistol apart (for whatever reason I don’t know). When I asked him what was he doing he replied “nothing” and proceeded to become agitated and self defensive. I asked for the Glock back and instructed him to leave my premises as he had become very belligerent and nasty. There was another man with him who hadn’t said or done anything wrong.

I have been a federally licensed fire arms dealer for over twenty six years and cannot recall cursing at anyone. I have had to ask people to leave and to not return because they were attempting straw purchases or manifesting bad behavior. I have retired from thirty years in law enforcement as a police officer, United States Border Patrol Agent. and Special Agent, Justice, INS. The person who claims I was rude to him and his family and claims to be in law enforcement and to have made multiple purchases from me is something I don’t believe. I would not curse at any customer unless totally provoked. I certainly am not going to curse at or deliberately mistreat a brother law enforcement office or his innocent customer family members.

In the event that this writer perceives that he and his family were mistreated by me, and I have no recollection whatsoever of this ever happening, I am inviting this fellow officer and customer to contact me so that we can work things out. I will apologize in the event that this writer can demonstrate that I acted in an unprofessional manner.

Customer service is terrible! I guess he just thinks if you’re not satisfied who cares. I have purchased multiple guns in the past from this gun shop. I referred some family members to this gun shop to make purchases and Ken Crane basically cursed at my family members when they were just trying to give him business. What kind of business man is he? Obviously not a good one. I am in law enforcement and I can honestly tell you that this is one of the most unprofessional acts that I ever have experienced in my whole career. Won't be back and hope anyone who reads this will look elsewhere. I will never buy from this place again. I’d rather pay more money next time for better service. I recommend everyone who reads this review to spend the extra money and get better customer service. To the gun shop you have done a terrible job and lost a future sale!!!! Maybe you should retire if you hate it so much!!!!
